  • To take all the action related to Wide area networking.
  • To take action regarding development of property tax computer program.
  • To take all the action related to computerization of Water supply department.
  • To supply computers to various sections of corporation
  • To supply printers to the various department of corporation.
  • To impart computer algorithm training to the employees of the corporation.
  • To do all the work related Wireless messaging system.
  • To train the department of the corporation regarding Apale sarkar portal.
  • To impart training to various department of Corporation regarding P G portal.
  • To develop computer algorithm under the Right to Service Act.
  • To develop computer algorithm of town planning department.
  • Implementing suggestions from IT departments.
  • To develop computer algorithm of local body tax department.

  • Publication of all e-tenders of all the departments of the corporation on the e-tender website of the corporation and the government, accepting the tender and opening the online tender and all the necessary procedures in the e-tender system.
  • To Monitoring and controlling e-tender website.
  • To take all the action regarding the operation of CCTV system in the municipal area.
  • Maintenance and repair of GIS survey algorithm conducted by the Corporation.
  • Maintenance and repair of mobile project tracking program of public works department.
  • To give proper guidance to the employees of the department office regarding computer system.
  • Computerize departmental office work using computer system.
  • To rectify the defect in the computer system of the department office.
  • Reporting all of the above work to the system analyst.
  • Submitting as such report/ information by taking necessary action on the application received.
  • To keep record of items purchased though the computer department.
  • Submission of expenditure proposal as per financial provision sanctioned to the department and To get approved.
  • Achieve annual targets subjected to the provisions received by keeping the cost control register up to date and ensure that the expenditure does not exceed the provision.
  • Keeping statistics related to the department for preparation of annual estimates and paying to the concerned department from time to time.
  • To keep up to date the required statistics for making strategic decision in meeting held by Standing committee, the General Assembly and the administration and to present them as required.
  • To keep record in the department, for example. register, expenditure record register and secondary copy of bill and all other related records to be kept up to date and audited and submitted as required. To complete the proceedings in coordination with the accounts department if it is necessary to get the loan cases approved.
